Shipping

The cost of shipping is calculated at the time of quotation or when you place your order. All orders are shipped via DHL Express.

Common Questions

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by Wire Transfer, ACH Bank Transfer, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and Paypal.

In the case of Credit Cards and Paypal, there is a 3.5% payment fee associated with these methods of payment.

Where do your puzzles ship from?

Our puzzles are shipped from our own factory in Thailand. No duties or taxes are payable for the import of cardboard jigsaw puzzles into the USA.

What is the delivery time for an order?

Delivery time for an order is typically we require 4 weeks from order confirmation.

During our busy period (Oct-Dec), delivery times may be extended. Also, orders for larger quantities may require longer lead times. Please let us know if you are working to a deadline and we will try our best to accommodate your requirements.

What is included in the price?

Our quoted price normally included the puzzles broken up with the pieces stored in a ziplock poly bag. The bag is inserted in a puzzle box that has your puzzle image displayed on the top. The box is then shrink-wrapped for protection.

How many designs can I have within a minimum order?

Within a minimum order, you can have up to 4 variations of puzzle design and/or size. For example, you can have 4 separate designs or 2 designs produced in 2 different sizes.
