During most of the year we quote a 4-week delivery period, while at peak order times such as the run-up to Christmas, this may extend to 6 weeks. Let us know if you are working towards a deadline and we will do our best to achieve that for you.

The ideal resolution for the image is between 150 and 300 DPI (dots per inch), as this ensures the best quality and clarity when the image is printed onto the puzzle pieces. Additionally, we recommend providing an image that is at least 2000 pixels on the longest side, to ensure that the image is large enough to be scaled up without losing quality.
